The General Services Administration’s (GSA) 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that provides agencies with flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. 8(a) STARS III allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.

BeveND is a certified HubZone Small Business. The HubZone regulations allow for sole source awards to HubZone Small Businesses according to FAR 19.13. The sole source awards are allowed up to $4M per year if the FAR requirements are met.

BeveND can also be contracted through competitive HubZone set aside contracts. There are no dollar value limits on HubZone set aside contracts.
